Our extra-virgin olive oil is made exclusively from olive groves located in Molise region, in Italy, in the towns of Castelnuovo al Volturno and Macchia d’Isernia. High quality derives from two of the most common and appreciated typologies in Italy, Leccino and Pendolino, and a native typology, Paesana Bianca. From brilliant gold- yellow which tends to greenish, this extra-virgin olive oil taste keeps a perfect balance between spicy and bitter, providing great pleasant and harmony. Its smell presents grassy notes, more or less highlighted according to the predominant type of olive, and a bit scent of almond. Finely enchanting, provides feeling of a landscape traditionally voted to olive plants cultivation.
